Dear friends, i ordered rice and mangoes from peddireddi store two months back and sent me shipping confirmation too, later one of the guy called me and said we have a mangoes in your area itself, i can deliver it to you tomorrow so that you can have fresh mangoes. If you need delivery of rice than you need to wait for 3 days. He suggested us to convert the rice amount to coupon and validity of coupon will be one year. I thought its nice idea and told him to send coupon code. Now i tried to use that coupon but they are charging me 7 euros shipping charge, so i called the same guy and explained that for mangoes i paid 7euros shipping charge, you suggested me coupon, again for coupon i cant pay shipping. But he told us that according to germany rules for coupon you have to pay shipping and your mistake that you didnt ask me coz you were busy. Is that true? And also now he is sayimg that with mangoes we dont deliver other groceries then why did he took my order and also sent me confirmation slip? Please anyone sugest me what to do now?

I ordered 2 times i received all items promptly my suggestion is to add some seeds of leaves plants for indoor and outdoor gardening and cooking vessels for Indians like. Iron pan, mookodi, and snacks maker like get grocery please check for idea,now a days many people are coming so it will be useful

This store is selling tampered products (see photos). I ordered for the first time here, the bill amount was 47€. My order also consisted of Aashirvaad Atta/flour (weizenmehl), after receiving the delivery i found that the Atta had an additional sticker, when i peeled off the sticker i found out that the product is already expired. This sticker was a coverup with a future expiry date and was exactly of same design, colour and texture as that of the original packing to deceive the buyers. I am aware of this mal practice in some stores in Germany so i always check and buy Rice/Atta, if there are any additional stickers.
I informed Mr. Lokesh from peddireddi store and he told this is how Atta is sold in Germany (which is not the actual case). Mr Lokesh promised a refund only for the Atta if i was able to find actual packing without stickers from nearby Indian stores which i was able to find and informed the same but Mr. Lokesh is now not keeping to his words.

Long story short:

* Tampered Products.
* Overpriced Products.
* No clear cut return and refund policies.
* Bad service and false commitments.

Kindly avoid this store and the next time when you buy Atta/Flour/Weizenmehl/rice please check the packing details carefully.
